Returns and Refunds Policy for MHM Shop

Thank you for your purchase at MHM Shop. We hope you are happy with your t-shirt or other merch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All products are printed on demand through Printful, so returns and refunds are limited to cases of defects, damage, or errors. We do not offer returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size/color unless specified. Please review size charts before ordering.

RETURNS

All returns must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date (based on tracking). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Issues must be reported with photos and description for verification.

We cover returns for:

  • Damaged or defective products (e.g., printing errors, damaged during transit).
  • Wrong item or mislabeled.

We do not cover:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
  • Wrong size ordered (unless we offer exchange at our discretion).
  • Unclaimed packages or wrong address provided by you.

For international orders, customs fees are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defects or damages, we will reship or refund at no extra cost. For size exchanges (if offered), you may need to pay for the new item and shipping.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-printed items with no defect.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Please Note

  • We do not refund for lost in transit unless untrackable after 30 days from estimated delivery.
  • If address is incorrect, we may reship but you cover costs.
  • All policies align with our fulfillment partner, Printful.
